Wayne Morse has served as the President Morse Medical (A Linc Facility Services Company) since 1995. In this capacity, he directs the largest independent service organization in the Pacific Northwest.

Morse Medical is responsible for maintaining medical devices at 13 hospitals and about 300 clinics, an air ambulance service and cruise ships. Morse Medical also provides technology management (i.e., standards, policy and procedures, recalls, new equipment purchases) services to our clients.

Wayne Morse received his Masters in Business from City University (1993), his Masters in Biomedical Engineering from University of Southern California (1976), his Bachelors of Science from California Polytechnic of Pomona, California (1974), and his Associate of Science from Don Bosco Technical Institute (1972). In 1980, Wayne received his Clinical Engineering Certification (CCE) and in 2006, Wayne received the distinguished award of Fellow in the American College of Clinical Engineering (FACCE).

Previous to Morse Medical, Wayne has been employed with medical device manufacturers (service manager, quality assurance manager and marketing manager), an independent service provider (clinical engineering manager), and at 2 hospitals (biomedical engineering manager and biomedical equipment technician). His career in the medical industry started in 1972.

Wayne is the President of the ACCE Healthcare Technology Foundation. His is also a member of Washington State Biomedical Association, Washington State Hospital Association, IEEE, and the American College of Clinical Engineering. Wayne was instrumental in the creation of ACCE and ACCE Healthcare Technology Foundation.

Wayne has published many articles and chapters in books. The BMET certification review manual published by Morse Medical is the only manual available to biomedical equipment technicians preparing for the certification exam.
